- 1 / 5By Jennifer SmithCoffee Club is the definition of poor service. My partner ordered coffee and cake and I ordered a pot of boiling water and they refused me service. We got told a new manager is in town and won't accommodate this as his new policy, perhaps the new manager should leave town or take a leave out of Via Italia next door who did service us and bent over backwards with excellent customer service. Long term customers for coffee club no more, won't return.February 25, 2017

Half the table had finished their meals before the other half's meals were even brought out. The eye fillet steaks tasted watery like it had been kept in the freezer. They were clearly understaffed. Very dissatisfied with service and food quality considering we had to pay a 15% surcharge.
